DECREE NoDECREE No. 162/2003/ND-CP of December 19, 2003 promulgating the Regulation on collection, management, exploitation and use of data and information on water resource
The Regulation promulgated together with this Decree prescribes the collection, management, exploitation and use of data and information on water resource, as well as the responsibilities and powers of agencies, organizations and individuals in such activities.
This Decree takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary)
