DECISION
Promulgating the Government's Program of action for the implementation of the Political Bureau's Resolution no. 46-NQ/TW of february 23, 2005, on protection of, care for and improvement of the people's health in the new situation
THE PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the December 25, 2001 Law on Organization of the Government;
Pursuant to the Political Bureau's Resolution No. 46-NQ/TW of February 23, 2005, on protection of, care for and improvement of the people's health in the new situation;
At the proposal of the Health Minister,
DECIDES:
Article 1.- To promulgate together with this Decision the Government's Program of Action for the implementation of the Political Bureau's Resolution No. 46-NQ/TW of February 23, 2005, on protection of, care for and improvement of the people's health in the new situation.
Article 2.- This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in "CONG BAO."
Article 3.- Ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, heads of Government-attached agencies, and presidents of People's Committees of provinces or centrally-run cities shall have to implement this Decision. The Health Ministry shall have to monitor and periodically report to the Prime Minister on the implementation of this Program of Action.
