DECISION No.973/1997/QD-TTg of November 17, 1997 stipulating the regime of preferential allowances for teachers teaching at State public schools.

The levels of preferential allowance shall depend on each educational level and each region, and shall be applicable to teachers teaching in public schools under the national education system as well as in schools and institutes of State agencies and mass organizations, who meet the promulgated professional criteria for being entitled to new wages in the salary and wage scheme for the education and training service (issued together with Decree No.25-CP of May 23, 1993 of the Government).- (Summary)
