DECISION No. 05/2005/QD-BXD of January 24, 2005 promulgating capital construction estimation norms
This Decision promulgates the norms for estimation of some construction jobs not yet available in the current construction estimation norms, and amends some construction jobs in the norms issued together with the Construction Minister’s Decisions No. 1242/1998/QD-BXD of November 25, 1998 and No. 31/2002/QD-BXD of November 12, 2002.
The amended norms in this Decision apply nationwide and takes effect 15 days after their publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary)
