DECREE NoDECREE No. 10/2002/ND-CP of January 16, 2002 on financial regime applicable to public-service units with revenues
This Decree prescribes the financial regime applicable to public-service units with revenues, which are set up under decisions of State competent bodies.
This Decree shall not apply to State management agencies, political organizations, socio-political organizations, social organizations and socio-professional organizations.-
