Decree No.39-CP of April 28, 1997 stipulating in details and guiding the implementation of a number of Articles of the Ordinance on the Reserve Force

The Decree stipulates in details and guides the implementation of the following contents: Elaborating plans for building and mobilizing the reserve force; arranging reserve armymen and technical facilities into reserve units; announcing decisions and orders on the mobilization the reserve force; mobilizing manpower and facilities in service of the building and mobilization of the reserve force; regimes and policies, fund for the building and mobilization of the reserve force.- (Summary)
