To issue together with this Decision the Regulation on enrolment of university and college students of the formal training system.

This Regulation provides for the powers and responsibilities of universities and colleges in the enrolment work; the specific provisions on enrolment work; enrolment consideration and convoking of those who have passed the enrolment exams; and the reporting and archival regimes.

This Decision replaces the Education and Training Minister’s Decision No. 05/1999/QD-BGDDT of February 23, 1999, Decision No. 20/2000/QD-BGDDT of June 8, 2000 and Decision No. 16/2002/QD-BGDDT of April 5, 2002.- (Summary)
