Detailing the Government’s Decree No. 30/2007/ND-CP of March 1, 2007, on lottery business

This Circular takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO.”

Construction lottery companies which are issuing lottery tickets with par values lower than prescribed shall adjust par values according to this Circular from January 1, 2008.

Within 12 months from March 30, 2007, construction lottery companies shall carry out procedures for being granted lottery business eligibility certificates by the Ministry of Finance in accordance with this Circular.- (Summary)
