Funding for organization and operation of the People's Inspection Boards of communes, wards and townships shall be submitted by the provincial-level People's Committees to the People's Councils of the same level for the latter to apportion them for the commune budgets, so that the commune-level People's Committees shall allocate adequate funding for the operation of the People's Inspection Boards and assign the commune-level Fatherland Front Committees to manage such funding.- (Summary)
