DECISION NoDECISION No. 994/2003/QD-BGTVT of April 9, 2003 on seaports’ waters in the territory of Hai Phong city and areas under Hai Phong Port Authority’s responsibility
This Decision publicizes seaports’ waters in the territory of Hai Phong city, including:
- Waters in front of wharves;
- Waters of navigable lanes and channels, areas for anchorage, transshipment and storm-shelter within ports.
Hai Phong Port Authority shall have to perform its own tasks and exercise its own powers as prescribed in the Maritime Code and documents related to all maritime activities within seaports’ waters in the territory of Hai Phong city.
This Decision replaces the Communications and Transport Minister’s Decision No. 934/QD-PCVT of May 17, 1993 publicizing Hai Phong port’s waters and areas under Hai Phong Port Authority’s responsibility.- (Summary)
