The Regulation issued together with this Decision applies to management agencies, technical safety-expertizing units, enterprises, organizations and individuals in the industries nationwide, including mechanical engineering, metallurgy, electricity, energy, oil and gas, mineral exploitation, chemicals, industrial explosives, consumer goods and food industries and other manufacturing industries involving the use of machines, equipment and toxic chemicals with particular industrial safety requirements.
