Permitting the relinquishment of Vietnamese nationality
Under this Decision, which takes effect on the date of its signing, the State President permits the relinquishment of Vietnamese nationality by 3,000 citizens currently residing in Chinese Taipei, one citizen currently residing in Germany and one citizen currently residing in Poland.- (Summary)
