The Prime Minister instructs the ministries, branches and the People's Committees of the provinces and cities directly under the Central Government to coordinate with the Fatherland Front Committees and the mass and social organizations at all levels in drawing up programs suitable to the practical conditions of their respective localities and launching a campaign for a civilized way of life in wedding, funeral and festival activities to the grassroots level.- (Summary)
