Guiding the management and use of state budget funds for the elaboration of legal documents

This Circular guides the management, use and finalization of state budget funds for the elaboration of legal documents under the Government’s Decree No. 161/2005/ND-CP of December 27, 2005.

It takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO” and replaces Circular No. 15/2001/TT-BTC of March 21, 2001.- (Summary)
