Issued together with this Decision is the form No. 01/TSSQ-3L.04 of invoice for sale of assets confiscated for requisition into the State’s funds, which replaces the form No. 01/TSTT-3L of invoice for sale of assets confiscated for requisition into the State’s funds, issued together with the Finance Minister’s Decision No. 29/2000/QD-BTC of February 29, 2000.
