The Transport Minister issued this Directive to instruct the director of Vietnam Road Administration, the director of Vietnam Railway Administration, the director of Vietnam Riverway Administration, the director of Vietnam Aviation Administration, the directors of the provincial/municipal Transport Services, the directors of the provincial/municipal Services of Communications and Public Works and the heads of the concerned agencies and units to perform some tasks in order to stabilize road, railway, riverway and airway freights as requested by the Prime Minister in his Decision No. 30/2004/CT-TTg on measures to control the rise of market prices in the immediate future.- (Sumamry)
