CIRCULAR NoCIRCULAR No. 32/2001/TT-BTC of May 23, 2001 guiding the regime of collection and use of fees for sitting at examinations for public servant recruitment and rank promotion
Payers of fee for sitting at examinations for public servant-recruitment and rank promotion as prescribed in this Circular are examinees who are fully qualified and announced for sitting at examinations for public servant recruitment or rank promotion by agencies competent to organize such examinations.
The Circular specifies the collection levels; and management of the collection, payment and use of fee amounts.- (Summary)
