JOINT CIRCULAR No. 81/2001/TTLT/BTC-BGTVT of October 2, 2001 guiding the amendments and supplements to a number of contents in Joint Circular No. 56/2000/TTLT/BTC-BGTVT of June 14, 2000 of the Finance Ministry and the Communications and Transport Ministry, which guides the financial management regime applicable to public-utility State enterprises in the registry service
To amend Point 1 of Section I on the Circular’s application subjects as follows:
Subject to this Circular are:
- Public-utility State enterprises in the registry service, set up by decisions of competent authorities under the Government’s Decree No. 56/CP of October 2, 1996 on public-utility State enterprises;
- Particularly for Vietnam Register, due to its organizational and operational characteristics, the financial management regulations prescribed in this Circular shall apply.
The phrase "the establishment-deciding agency", which decides on some contents regarding the operation of public-utility State enterprises in the registry service stipulated at Point 3 of Section I; Item 2.1 of Point 2, Item 3.1 of Point 3, Item 5.2 of Point 5, the last paragraph of Point 6, Section II; Points 1 and 2 of Section IV; and Point 2 of Section V in Joint Circular No. 56/2000/TTLT/BTC-BGTVT, means, for Vietnam Register, the Ministry of Communications and Transport.- (Summary)
