DECISION No. 1341/2004/QD-BTM OF SEPTEMBER 21, 2004 ADJUSTING AND SUPPLEMENTING THE LIST OF CONSUMER GOODS, PROMULGATED TOGETHER WITH DECISION No. 404/2004/QD-BTM OF APRIL 1, 2004
THE MINISTER OF TRADE
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 29/2004/ND-CP of January 16, 2004 defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Trade;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 94/1998/ND-CP of November 17, 1998 detailing the implementation of May 20, 1998 Law No. 04/1998/QH10 Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Export Tax and Import Tax Law;
After consulting the concerned ministries and branches,
DECIDES:
Article 1.- To exclude the commodity items and groups in the enclosed Appendix from the consumer goods list promulgated together with the Trade Ministry's Decision No. 404/2004/QD-BTM of April 1, 2004.
Article 2.- This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette and constitutes an integral part of the Trade Ministry's Decision No. 404/2004/QD-BTM of April 1, 2004.
