JOINT-CIRCULAR NoJOINT-CIRCULAR No. 02/2001/TTLT-BYT-BLDTBXH of February 12, 2001 guiding the implementation of Decision No. 26/2000/QD-TTg of February 23, 2000 on a number of policies towards resistance war activists and their offspring, who were infected with chemical toxins used by Americans during the Vietnam war
The determination of dangerous diseases and extents of deformity and infirmity caused due to the infection of chemical toxins used by Americans during the Vietnam war as well as the determination of working capacity for subjects eligible for the allowance regime under Decision No. 26/2000/QD-TTg shall be based on the actual certifications of those who are listed in the survey on "victims of chemical toxins used by Americans during the Vietnam war", and have all procedures and dossiers cleared under the regulations.
The Circular also guides the settlement of troubles and complaints about the determination of diseases, deformities and infirmities caused due to the infection of chemical toxins, and the settlement of cases where persons are detected as being ineligible for such allowance.- (Summary)
