DECISION No. 121/2000/QD-TTg of November 1, 2000 on the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Steering Committee for Enterprise Renewal and Development
The Steering Committee for Enterprise Renewal and Development functions to assist the Prime Minister in directing the work of State enterprises� structuring, renewal and development.
The Steering Committee for Enterprise Renewal and Development has the following tasks and powers:
1. To submit to the Government and the Prime Minister overall programs and plans on structuring, renewal and development of State enterprises throughout the country. To direct, guide and supervise the implementation of such programs and plans already approved by the Government or the Prime Minister.
2. To coordinate with functional agencies in studying and submitting to the Prime Minister the organization models, mechanisms and policies in service of the State enterprise restructure, renewal and development.
3. To conduct preliminary and final reviews, to regularly and irregularly, report to the Prime Minister on the situation of State enterprise structuring, renewal and development.- (Summary)
