Decision No.393-TTg of June 9, 1997 promulgating the Regulation on the management and use of investment credit capital under the State plan for projects on the building and repairing of ships for off-shore fishing and fishing services.

Subjects entitled to borrow investment credit capital under the State plan for the building of ships for off-shore fishing shall be economic units having registered their off-shore fishing and fishing services, including State enterprises, private enterprises, stock companies, limited liability companies, cooperatives, groups of cooperatives and fishermen households.

Investment capital for projects on the building of ships for off-shore fishing shall be mobilized from various sources, partially from investment credit capital source under the annual State plan. In 1997, the amount of investment credit capital under the State plan for projects on the building of ships for off-shore fishing is 400 billion VND.

The Regulation also prescribes the order, conditions and mechanism for the management and use of investment credit capital under the 1997 State plan for the implementation of projects on the building and repairing of ships for off-shore fishing and fishing services.- (Summary)
