DECISION No. 185/2003/QD-TTg of September 10, 2003 repealing the Prime Minister's Regulations on the re-allocation or re-investment of State budget revenues from the budgetary year of 2004
In implementation of the State Budget Law, from the budgetary year of 2004, all decisions and directives of the Prime Minister regarding the allocation of additional amounts from the central budget in the forms of re-allocation and re-investment of the whole or part of revenues arising in the localities or of enterprises' remittances into the State budget to the ministries, central agencies, provinces, centrally-run cities and State corporations shall be repealed.
This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary)
