DECISION No. 13/2004/QD-BGTVT of September 10, 2004 promulgating the Regulation on prevention, combat and overcoming of storm and flood consequences in the aviation sector
The Regulation promulgated together with this Decision provides for the prevention, combat and overcoming of storm and flood consequences on aviation infrastructure and other means in order to reduce damage caused by storms and floods, rapidly stabilize aviation activities, and minimize their impacts on the ecological environment.
This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary)
