Promulgated together with this Decision are the regulations on preservation of national reserve goods, including:

- The regulations on preservation of national reserve paddy;

- The regulations on preservation of national reserve rice;

- The regulations on preservation of national reserve automobiles and motorcycles; and

- The regulations on preservation of national reserve metals.

This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette and replaces the National Reserve Director's Decision No. 03/2000/QD-CDTQG of January 13, 2000 promulgating the regulations on preservation of national reserve goods. Other regulations contrary to this Decision are annulled.- (Summary)
