DECISION No. 117-TTg ON THE 25TH OF FEBRUARY, 1995 OF THE PRIME MINISTER ON THE LIST OF THE ARCHITECTURAL CONSULTANCY COUNCIL

THE PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to Article 20 of the Law on Organization of the Government on the 30th of September, 1992;

Proceeding from Decision No.183-TTg on the 21st of April, 1993 of the Prime Minister to issue the Regulation on the organization and activities of the National Architecture Council;

At the proposals of the Minister-Chairman of the Government Commission on Organization and Personnel, the Minister of Construction, and the General Secretary of the Vietnam Architects' Union,

DECIDES:

Article 1.- To rename the National Architecture Council as the Architectural Consultancy Council of the Prime Minister.

Article 2.- To approve the list of the Architectural Consultancy Council for its first term (1995-1999) including the following 23 persons:

- Chairman: Architect Nguyen Truc Luyen, Vietnam Architects' Union.

- Vice Chairman: Candidate Doctor, Architect Nguyen Kim Sen, Architecture College of Ho Chi Minh City.

- Members:

1. Doctor, Architect Nguyen The Ba, Hanoi Architecture College.

2. Associate Doctor, Architect Tran Trong Hanh, Ministry of Construction.

3. Associate Professor, Architect Dang Thai Hoang, Hanoi College of Construction.

4. Architect Nguyen Thuc Hoang, Ministry of Construction.

5. Associate Doctor, Architect Tran Hung, Hanoi Architecture College.

6. Architect Cao Xuan Huong, Vietnam Architects' Union.

7. Associate Doctor, Architect Hoang Dao Kinh, Ministry of Culture and Information.

8. Architect Nguyen Ngoc Khoi, Ministry of Construction.

9. Associate Professor, Associate Doctor, Office of the Chief Architect of Hanoi City.

10. Associate Doctor, Architect Le Van Nam, Office of the Chief Architect of Ho Chi Minh City.

11. Architect Tran Duc Nhuan, Ministry of Construction.

12. Associate Doctor, Architect Le Van Nin, Ministry of Construction.

13. Associate Professor, Architect Dam Trung Phuong, Hanoi City.

14. Architect Ngo Huy Quynh, Hanoi City.

15. Architect Nguyen Van Tat, AA Architecture Comapany, Ho Chi Minh City.

16. Architect Ngo Viet Thu, Ho Chi Minh City.

17. Associate Professor, Associate Doctor Hoang Huy Thang, Ministry of Education and Training.

18. Associate Doctor, Architect Hoang Phuc Thang, ADC Architecture Consultancy Company, Hanoi.

19. Architect Dang To Tuan, Hanoi Architecture College.

20. Associate Doctor, Architect Nguyen Thi Thanh Thuy, Vietnam Scenery Architecture Center.

21. Architect Nguyen Thi Anh Tuyet, Architects' Union of Ho Chi Minh City.

Article 3.- The Minister-Chairman of the Government Commission on Organization and Personnel, the Minister of Construction, the General Secretary of the Vietnam Architects' Union, the Heads of the concerned agencies and the above-listed persons are responsible for the implementation of this Decision.
