RESOLVES:
I. MINISTRIES AND MINISTERIAL-LEVEL AGENCIES OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM INCLUDE:
A. Ministries:
1. The Ministry of Defense;
2. The Ministry of Public Security;
3. The Ministry for Foreign Affairs;
4. The Ministry of Justice;
5. The Ministry of Finance;
6. The Ministry of Trade;
7. The Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs;
8. The Ministry of Communications and Transport;
9. The Ministry of Construction;
10. The Ministry of Aquatic Resources;
11. The Ministry of Culture and Information;
12. The Ministry of Education and Training;
13. The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
14. The Ministry of Industry;
15. The Ministry of Planning and Investment;
16. The Ministry of Health;
17. The Ministry of Science and Technology;
18. The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;
19. The Ministry of Post and Telecommunications;
20. The Ministry of the Interior.
B. Ministerial-level agencies:
1. The State Inspectorate;
2. The State Bank;
3. The Committee for Physical Training and Sports;
4. The Nationalities Committee;
5. The Committee for Population, Family and Children;
6. The Government�s Office.
II. The functions, tasks and powers of some ministries or ministerial-level agencies already prescribed in the current laws or ordinances shall, due to the change in their organizational structures under this Resolution, be transferred to the corresponding ministries or ministerial-level agencies as from the date such agencies are re-organized.
III. The Government shall specify the functions, tasks and powers of the ministries and ministerial-level agencies in order to raise the effectiveness and efficiency of the operation of the ministries, ministerial-level agencies and the Government.
