The Vietnam Pharmaceuticals Managing Department shall be set up on the basis of the rearrangement and re-organization of the Phamarceuticals Department and a number of institutions under the Ministry of Health involved in the State management of pharmacy so as to assist the Minister of Health in exercising the function of State management over the pharmaceuticals and cosmetics industry which directly relates to the health of the people in the whole country.- (Summary)
