DECISION No. 14/2005/QD-TTg of January 17, 2005 promulgating the Regulation on organization and operation of private universities

The Regulation prescribes the establishment, management and operation of private universities.

Private universities may be set up at proposals of persons holding Vietnamese nationality and operate under this Regulation, the University Charter and law provisions.

This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette and annuls the Regulation enclosed with the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 240/TTg of May 24, 1993.- (Summary)
