DECISION

Promulgating the form of bidding dossiers for goods procurement

The form of bidding dossiers for goods procurement issued together with this Decision shall replace the form in the Planning and Investment Ministry"s Circular No. 04/2000/TT-BKH of May 26, 2000.

This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in "CONG BAO."- (Summary)
