Issued together with this Decision is the Regulation on distribution and use of interest money from the National Employment Support Fund�s loans.

The distribution and use of the interest amounts earned from loans of the National Employment Support Fund (including the Employment Support Funds originated from the central budget and the Employment Settlement Funds originated from local budgets) shall comply with the provisions of this Regulation.

The interest amounts left after deduction for setting up the Risk Reserve Fund shall be distributed to the benefiting units according to the proportion of the lending amount they are assigned to manage and the loan provision and debt collection results of such units. The interest amounts distributed to the units shall be used for supporting the work of guiding, evaluating and managing projects of the employment program. The management and use of the distributed interest money sources shall be effected as for the funding sources allocated from the State budget.- (Summary)
