st, 2000 supplementing and adjusting a number of points of Circular No. 64/2000/TT-BTC of July 3, 2000 guiding the regime of fee collection and remittance by overseas Vietnamese diplomatic missions and consulates This Circular issues stipulations replacing the above-said Circular No. 64�s Point 2, Part III (III-2) on procedures for the collection of and remittance into State budget: The fee-collecting agencies shall be entitled deduct 30% of the actually-collected fee amount for spending on several prescribed contents before remitting it into the State budget. The collecting agencies shall have to remit the remaining fee amount into the fund for temporarily-held State budget on the 15th of the following month at the latest. Fee collected in one currency shall be remitted into the State budget in such currency.- (Summary)
