Promulgated together with this Decision is the Regulation on payment in goods purchase, sale and exchange and commercial services in the Vietnam-Cambodia border region, which applies to:

- Vietnamese traders, including enterprises of all economic sectors, set up and operating under Vietnam’s law provisions; individual households permitted to conduct import/export under law provisions; and border residents;

-Vietnamese commercial banks;

- Cambodian traders (including organizations and individuals) that have relations of goods purchase, sale and exchange and/or commercial services with Vietnamese traders in the border region.

This Decision also prescribes the modes and currencies of payment in the Vietnam-Cambodia border region.- (Summary)
