CIRCULAR NoCIRCULAR No. 37/2004/TT-BTC of April 26, 2004 amending Circular No. 111/1999/TT-BTC of September 17, 1999 guiding the implementation of the financial regime applicable to Vietnam State Bank
This Circular amends Point 2.7.d, Part B, Section III on expenses for procurement of labor tools into the following new one "Total level of expenses for annual procurement of labor tools of the State Bank calculated on the number of its officials, public servants and employees shall not exceed VND 4.4 million/person/year." It takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette and applies as from the 2004 fiscal year.- (Summary)
