The Labor Export Support Fund is set up under the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, and tasked to develop overseas labor markets, raise the quality and competitiveness of Vietnamese laborers in the international labor market, and provide support for laborers and enterprises engaged in labor export when they get risks.

The Labor Export Support Fund shall operate not for profits, be exempt from taxes, practice independent cost accounting, have the legal person status and be allowed to open accounts at the Central State Treasury.

This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary)
