RESOLUTION
On the Government's October 2005 regular meeting
On October 29, 2005, the Government held its October 2005 regular meeting, where it heard:
- The Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs Minister presenting the national target program on employment in the 2006-2010 period;
- The Agriculture and Rural Development Minister presenting an urgent plan of action in case of outbreak of bird-flu (H5N1) and human-flu pandemic;
- The Minister-Director of the Committee for Population, Family and Children presenting the draft Ordinance Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Population Ordinance; and the Minister-Director of the Government Office reporting on the cabinet members' comments on this draft ordinance;
- The Transport Minister presenting a scheme to increase advance capital for bid packages for traffic work construction financed with Government bond capital.
The Government also considered the Planning and Investment Ministry's report on production, export, import and investment in October and socio-economic situation in the first 10 months of 2005; the Trade Ministry's report on trade situation in October and forecasts for the last months of 2005; and the Government Inspectorate's report on inspection work in the third quarter of 2005.- (Summary)
