This Decree takes effect 15 days after its publication in "CONG BAO," annulling the Prime Minister's Decision No. 415/TTg of August 10, 1994, promulgating the Regulation on the organization and operation of the Inspectorates for Protection of Fisheries Resources, and Decision No. 443/TTg of August 8, 1995, amending Article 13 of above-said Decision No. 415/TTg.- (Summary)
