DECREE NoDECREE No. 59/2003/ND-CP of June 4, 2003 prescribing lump-sum allowance regime applicable to relatives of people with meritorious services to the revolution who had died before January 1, 1995
Subjects entitled to lump-sum allowances under this Decree include:
- Relatives of people having participated in revolutionary activities before 1945.
- Relatives of people having participated in revolutionary activities in the period between January 1, 1995 and the August 1945 Revolution.
- Relatives of revolutionaries or resistance war activists, who were arrested, jailed or exiled by the enemies.
- Relatives of resistance war activists for national liberalization, who were conferred "Resistance War" Order or Medal or "Victory" Order or Medal.- (Summary)
