Defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Forestry Department

The Forestry Department is tasked to perform the state management of forest management, development and use nationwide.

This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO” and replaces Decision No. 91/2003/QD-BNN of September 4, 2003.- (Summary)
