DECREE
On financial regimes applicable to the State Bank of Vietnam
This Decree does not apply to non-business units enjoying state budget allocations and independent cost-accounting enterprises under the State Bank.
It takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO” and replaces Decree No. 100/1998/ND-CP of December 10, 1998.
The financial regimes provided for in this Decree apply as from January 1, 2006.- (Summary)
