JOINT CIRCULAR

Guiding the implementation of the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 234/2005/QD-TTg of September 26, 2005, on specific regimes towards workers, staff members and employees of several branches and jobs in state companies

This Joint Circular takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO” and annuls Joint Circular No. 06/LB-TT of February 28, 1997, and Joint Circular No. 04/1999/TTLT/BLDTBXH of January 9, 1999, of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs and the Ministry of Finance, and Circular No. 20/1999/TT-BLDTBXH of September 8, 1999, of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.

The provisions of this Joint Circular apply as from January 1, 2005.- (Summary)
