JOINT CIRCULAR No. 03/2003/TTLT/BNV-BTC of February 17, 2003 guiding the adjustment of wages, subsidies and cost-of-living allowances for subjects enjoying wages, allowances, subsidies and cost-of-living allowances from the State budget
Objects and scope of application cover:
- Officials and employees of administrative and non-business sector, the Party and mass organizations, including recruited and contractual employees within payroll quotas, who are working, studying or being on probation, working trips, medical treatment or convalescent leaves at home or abroad.
- Cadres in communes, wards and townships.
- Pre-school teachers on the State's payroll.
- Medical officials in communes, wards and townships being wage earners.
- Deputies to the People's Councils of all levels who enjoy cost-of-living allowances.
This Joint Circular guides the methods of re-calculating wage, subsidy, allowance and cost-of-living allowance levels for the above-mentioned subjects and determining the demand for extra wage, subsidy, allowance and cost-of-living allowance funds in 2003.- (Summary)
