This Circular applies to projects on compensation, population migration and resettlement, which are included in the overall planning on compensation, population migration and resettlement for Son La hydro-electric power project, approved by the Prime Minister, and the detailed planning on resettlement areas and spots, approved by the People's Committees of Son La, Dien Bien and Lai Chau provinces.

It takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette and replaces the Finance Ministry's Circular No. 67/2002/TT-BTC of August 7, 2002 temporarily guiding the management and settlement of the State budget capital for the sample project on sedentarization for Son La hydro-electric power project in Son La and Lai Chau provinces.- (Summary)
