Recognizing three ethnic minority and mountainous regions according to their development levels

The three ethnic minority and mountainous regions recognized under this Decision shall serve as a basis for realization of socio-economic development investment policies suitable to the development level of each region.

This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO.”- (Summary)
