DECISION No. 71/2004/QD-BYT of January 9, 2004 adding some substances to the list of psychotropic medicines and the list of pre-substances, enclosed with the Regulation on management of psychotropic medicines, promulgated together with the Health Minister's Decision No. 3047/2001/QD-BYT of July 12, 2001
To add active substance of Ketamin to the list of psychotropic medicines and active substances of N-ethylephedrin, N-methylephedrin and Norpseudoephedrin to the list of pre-substances, promulgated together with the Health Minister's Decision No. 3047/2001/QD-BYT of July 12, 2001.
This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary)
