Promulgating the Regulation on air security control cards and permits used for operation in restricted areas of civil airports

This Decision takes effect as from July 1, 2006. Air security control cards and permits granted under Decision No. 2868/QD-CHK of October 31, 1998, shall be valid until the end of June 30, 2006.- (Summary)
