Pursuant to the August 29, 1994 Ordinance on the preferential treatment of revolutionary activists, fallen heroes and their families, war invalids, sick soldiers, resistance war activists and people with meritorious services to the revolution and the Government�s Decree No. 28/CP of April 29, 1995 guiding the implementation of such Ordinance, the Prime Minister issued this Decision to specify the cases of exemption and reduction of the house purchase money and/or land use levy for those who purchase State-owned houses, of which they are currently the tenants, and provide subsidy amounts to people who had joined revolutionary activities before the August 1945 Revolution to improve their housing conditions.- (Summary)
