Members of voluntary young intellectuals teams participating in rural and mountainous development shall be organized by Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Central Committee under the Prime Minister�s Decision No. 354/QD-TTg of April 28, 2000.

This Decision specifies preferential policies for the above-mentioned members while undertaking such work and after fulfilling their tasks.- (Summary)
