To apply experimental assignment of payroll and operation funding packages to the General Department of Customs in 2003.
The Finance Minister shall assign payroll package to the General Department of Customs.
The level of funding package to be experimentally assigned from the State budget allocations shall represent 1.6% of the total revenue amount to be remitted by the General Department of Customs into the State budget in 2003.- (Summary)
