CIRCULAR No. 04/2002/TT-BLDTBXH of January 9, 2002 guiding the management of wages and incomes applicable to State public-utility enterprises

Governed by this Circular are State public-utility enterprises of armed forces and State enterprises operating for non-profit purposes and with funding allocated mainly from the State budget.

The Circular guides the determination of wage expense in the unit price of public-utility products and services and the enterprises� wage payment mechanism.- (Summary)
